Move Learn Grow is a movement program developed by Occupational Therapy and Physical Education specialists with proven benefits for pre-school and primary school aged children. Each session provides a staged progression for children in fine and gross motor skills, balance, strength, coordination, speed and agility, sport specific activities, spatial awareness, social skills, literacy/numeracy and wellness.
The combination of practices from Occupational Therapy and Physical Education ensure that childhood critical developmental stages are addressed.
